In the event of circumstances outside of our control, Constant Curiosity is not responsible for and accepts no liability for any service disruptions including but not limited to internet or server outages, software efforts, connectivity of bandwidth issues, or technical issues on the part of the customer. Should a customer purchase a service and fail to access or complete the necessary steps to complete that service, no refunds or compensation will be awarded. Payment Structures
Submitting payment for any purchase grants Constant Curiosity, LLC the right to charge the customers account or card immediately. Signing up for a payment plan grants the right to charge the customer's payment method on file automatically.
Prices are subject to change. Any customer in a payment plan during a price change, the terms of that agreement will be honored. New prices will apply to future payment plans.
Missed payments in an installment plan will mean immediate loss of access to any products, services, or benefits of that payment plan.
Policies
CEU Processing
All CEUs are processed once per month. If you have a special circumstance and need them to show up on your transcript sooner, rush processing can be requested, and if granted, purchased for $50.
CEUs submitted by December 31st at 11:59pm Eastern Time will count towards the year they were completed in.
Refunds and Cancellations
As all products are digital, there are no refunds or returns. All orders are valid for one year from the time of purchase. All scheduled appointments and meetings are refunded if cancelled a minimum of 48 hours from their start time. No other refunds will be provided for any reason.
